Returns & Refund Policy
At WONKY COFFEE, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or damaged hardware within 14 days of delivery. If your coffee arrived in less-than-perfect condition, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of any damage.
- 2.Verification
Our quality control team will review your request and provide a return authorization number if the item is eligible for return.
- 3.Ship It Back
Securely pack the unopened coffee or hardware and ship it to our warehouse using the prepaid label provided by our support team.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
